The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission; and After reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw and the two letters of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1462) dated 9/07/1426H and No. (2319) dated 24/10/1426H, on request for approving the tariffs of the 3-digit fixed telephone numbers,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of the installation and annual subscription fees of the 3-digit service fixed telephone numbers, as per the tariffs calculating the tariffs of the calls incoming to such numbers on the basis of SR0.05 per minute or any part thereof.
Article Two
STC shall publish the above required amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This Decision shall be communicated to STC and other concerned parties to act accordingly.
