The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission; and
After reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw and the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (2439) dated 8/11/1426H, on request for approving the addition of new Unlimited Dispatch + Bundled Cellular services for Public Telecommunications Company (PTC) within the iDEN Services project,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of the addition of new Unlimited Dispatch + Bundled Cellular services for Public Telecommunications Company (PTC) within the iDEN Services project as per tariffs set otaking into account that no unlimited number of free minutes shall be provided through the Cellular part of the service in the new plans to be added.
Article Two
STC shall publish the above required amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This Decision shall be communicated to STC and other concerned parties to act accordingly.
