The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission; and after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw and the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (2552) dated 23/11/1426H, on request for approving the introduction of a new data service, named "Urgent Installation",
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of the introduction of new data service, named "Urgent Installation, as per tariffs .
Article Two
STC shall publish the above required amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This Decision shall be communicated to STC and other concerned parties to act accordingly.
