The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission ("CITC"), pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission;
After reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Bylaw, and what was stated in the two letters of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1920) dated 09/09/1426 H and No. (2419) dated 05/11/1426 H, on request for approving the reduction in international calls, issued from public call centers and fixed line prepaid cards by 25% less than the international call rates approved for other fixed and mobile telephone calls.
hereby decides:
Article One:
The approval of the reduction in international calls, issued from public call centers and fixed line prepaid cards by 25% less than the international call rates currently applied to fixed and mobile telephone calls
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.
