The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission,
After reviewing what was stated in Chapter Five of the of the Telecommunications Act and Chapter Two of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and pursuant to the approval of the CITC Board of Directors to issue the License to operate the GMPCS Services in the Kingdom, and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Issuing Iridium Satellite LLC License to operate the GMPCS Services in the Kingdom.
Article Two:
Iridium Satellite LLC shall provide the Commission with copies of the Roaming Agreements, the Interconnection Agreements and any other relevant Agreements related to provisioning of its services in the Kingdom in accordance with Article Nineteen of the attached License within six months from the date of issue of this Decision.
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to the Iridium Satellite LLC and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of issuance of this Decision.
