The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letters of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 76/TC dated 14/2/1428 H, and No. 105/TC dated 2/3/1428 H regarding Approval of The Tariff of The New Service (Unlimited Small Group PTT), a Dispatch/Direct Connect Services, one of iDEN Services,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of The Tariff of The New Service (Unlimited Small Group PTT), a Dispatch/Direct Connect Services, one of iDEN Services as per the tariff set out in Annex (1).
Article Two
STC shall publish these Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
