The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letters of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 174/TC dated 18/4/1428 H, No. 180/TC dated 21/4/1428 H and No. 205/TC dated 16/5/1428 H, regarding Approval of The Amendment of Friends and Family Calling Plan from Alhatif, Allowing Customers to Subscribe to both Friends and Family and Favorite Country Calling Plans and Apply Discount of International Calls to Off-peak Rates at All Times,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of The Amendment of Friends and Family Calling Plan from Alhatif, Allowing Customers to Subscribe to both Friends and Family and Favorite Country Calling Plans and Apply Discount of International Calls to Off-peak Rates at All Times as per the tariff set out in Annex (1).
Article Two
STC shall publish these Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
