The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), pursuant to the Articles of the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter 7 of the Telecommunication Bylaw and what was stated in the letters of Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) No. 376/TC dated 2/6/1430 H and No 5761 dated 20/7/1430 H regarding Approval of Tariff of The Premium Plan with Internet and Premium Plus Plan with Internet as well as CITC Decision No. 237/1430 dated 19/8/1430 H and the correspondence between relevant parities within CITC and STC regarding the tariff of the two plans.
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of theTariff of The Premium Plan with Internet and Premium Plus Plan with Internet as per the Tariff in Annex(1).
Article Two
STC shall publish these amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
