The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and what was stated in Article Two of The Communications and Information Technology Commission No. (250/1431) and the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 555 dated 17/1/1431 H, regarding Approval of (Global Control) Prepaid Global Roaming from Alhatif,
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of (Global Control) Prepaid Global Roaming from Alhatif as per the tariff set out in Annex (1). The promotion shall be for three month from 27/2/2010 to 27/5/2010.
Article Two
STC shall publish these Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
