The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), with the powers he holds, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Bylaw, the CITC Ordinance and after reviewing CITC Decision no. 52/1425 dated 21/6/1425 H, Decision no. 137/1427 dated 17/9/1427 H, Decision no. 178/1428 dated 13/8/1428 H, the current STC Reference Offer for Data Access (RODA), the comments of respondents in relation to the Public Consultation Document on STC RODA published pursuant to Public Notice 2/1430 dated 19/2/1430 H, the comments of STC submitted in their letters no. 15978 dated 12/4/1431 H and no. 17693 dated 6/11/1430 which were responding to the CITC’s letter no. 11806 dated 16/10/1430 H, and the results of analysis and studies conducted by CITC,.
hereby decides as follows
Article One
STC shall amend the current RODA approved by CITC Decision )178/1428( dated 13/08/1428 in accordance with the directions set forth in Appendix A to this Decision.
Article Two
STC shall submit the RODA document, as revised in accordance with the directions set out in Article One, to CITC within 30 days of issuance of this Decision.
Article Three
Revised prices and all other amendments stated in this Decision shall apply within 30 days from the date of this Decision, except where excluded.
Article Four
When STC proposes any amendment to the tariff of bit stream services offered to retail users, it shall, at the same time, submit for approval a proposal to amend the wholesale prices for the related services offered in the RODA document.
Article Five
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all concerned parties to act accordingly, from the date of its issuance
