The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 37350 dated 15/8/1431 H, regarding Approval of Tariff of New Jawal Plans and Their Value Added Services,
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of Tariff of New Jawal Plans and Their Value Added Services as per the tariff set out in Annex (1) and Annex (2).
Article Two
STC shall publish this service tariff pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
