The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 22381 dated 19/5/1431 H, regarding Approval of MAX Broadband Jood and MAX Broadband Jood Plus Tariff from Alhatif,
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of MAX Broadband Jood and MAX Broadband Jood Plus Tariff from Alhatif as per the tariff set out in Annex (1) and Annex (2).
Article Two
STC shall publish this tariff pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
