The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 24367 dated 22/6/1432 H, regarding Approval of (Student Key) Service for Post-paid Customers from Aljawal,

Hereby decides as follows

Approval of (Student Key) Service for Post-paid Customers from Aljawal as per the tariff set out in Annex (1).

STC shall publish this tariff pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.

This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
