The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), with the powers he holds, and after reviewing the provisions relating to interconnection in the Telecommunications Act and its Bylaw; the Interconnection Rules issued by the CITC in Decision No. 333/1437 dated 7/3/1437H; the Saudi Telecom Company’s (STC) Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) which was approved by the CITC in Decision No. 204/1429, dated 6/5/1429H; the final revised RIO submitted by STC dated 4/4/1440H; hereby decides as follows:
Article One:
Approval of the final revised RIO submitted by STC dated 4/4/1440H.
Article Two:
The prices in the RIO approved by this Decision shall apply effective 30 days from the date of this Decision.
Article Three:
STC shall publish the final revised RIO on its website within 15 days from the date of this Decision.
Article Four:
This Decision shall be communicated to all concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
