The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission,
and with the powers he holds, and based on the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw, and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), and in accordance with CITC's Board of Directors decision No. (1-150-2019) dated 10/01/1441H (09/09/2019), decides the following:
First: Approval of the “Regulatory Framework on Fees” document as attached to this decision.
Second: This document replaces “Regulatory Framework on Fees” document issued by decision No. (400/1440) dated 01/05/1440H.
