The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (484) dated 01/03/1425H on request to approve amending Tariff for reconnection after disconnection of the service for mobile Customers based on customer request to be free of charge instead of S.R. (40) and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,
(Decides the following):
Article One:
Approval for the Saudi Telecommunications Company to amend Tariff for reconnection after disconnection of the service for mobile Customers based on customer request to be free of charge instead of S.R. (40) in accordance with the amendments made to Item (20.1.3) and replace the word(disconnection) with the word (suspension) as attached in the Tariff page attached with this Decision.
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act accordingly to this Decision from the date of its issuance.
Article Three:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Bylaw.
Article Four:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.
