The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing Terms for competition and encouraging it as stated in these Terms and as the matter requires that the Saudi Telecommunications Company shall implement Accounting Separation for the services belonging to the Company to achieve fair competition principle stipulated in the Commission Statutes and in accordance with the Decision No. (1/1423) dated 23/6/1423H designating the Saudi Telecommunications Company as a Dominant Service Provider in all communications markets in the Kingdom and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,
(Decides the following):
Article One:
Entrust the Saudi Telecommunications Company to implement Accounting Separation between the services belonging to the Company pursuant to the principles shown in the attached "Accounting Separation Policy for the services provided by the Saudi Telecommunications Company" Document and the Company shall implement this Policy in accordance with the dates defined in the Document.
Article two:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
