The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission with the powers he holds, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Pursuant to what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw and what was stated in the letter of the Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (488) dated 19/07/1425H and the following letter No. (1791) dated 03/09/1425 on request for the Commission approval to provide the two programs: customer care and distinguished customers of fixed and mobile telephone subscribers.
Decides the following:
Article 1:
Approval for provisioning the two programs by the Company in accordance with the method stated within the contents of the two above mentioned letters.
Article 2:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall explain to he customer that by his request to make use of the rewards given to him which enable him to obtain one of the provided services free of charge within the program, he will be a subscriber of that service, hence when this free period ended, the customer shall either cancel the subscription or continue obtaining the service and pay its charges.
Article 3:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the details of the two programs and the rewards given to the members on the Company site in the Internet and announce them by all means that enable the customers to reach it easily and safely.
Article 4:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act according to this Decision from the date of its issuance
Article 5:
This Decision shall be communicated to the Saudi Telecommunications Company and to the concerned parties to act accordingly as from the date of its issuance.
