The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), pursuant to the Articles of the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter 7 of the Telecommunication Bylaw and what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) No. 2282 dated 13/11/1425 H regarding Approval of Amendment of Tariffs for Changing the Mobile Number and Providing MVPN Service.
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of Amendment of Tariffs for Changing the Mobile Number and Providing MVPN Service as per the Tariffs in the above referenced STC Letter.
Article Two
Disapproval of Provision of Mobile Services through a Mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN) at the moment.
Article Two
STC shall publish this Tariff Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
