The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to the Telecommunications Act issued under the Royal Decree No. (M/12) dated 12/03/1422H corresponding to 04 June 2001, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission issued under the Council of Ministers decision No. (74) dated 05/03/1422H corresponding to 28 May 2001 and pursuant to the approval of the Commission Board of Directors to grant the Data Services Provisioning License in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to "Integrated Telecom Company".
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Issuance of a License to "Integrated Telecom Company" to install and operate Data Networks and provide all its services, on the local, national and International level through its own network pursuant to the attached License.
Article Two:
This Decision shall be communicated to "Integrated Telecom Company" and to the concerned parties to act according to it as of the date of issuance.
