Interconnection Guidelines issued from the Commission under the Decision No. (25/1424) dated 23/09/1424H.
Draft Reference Interconnection offer prepared by the Saudi Telecommunications Company submitted to the Commission with the letter of the Company No. (640) dated 26/03/1425H.
Public comments received by the Commission from the concerned parties in response to public consultation issued by the Commission with No. (3/1425) dated 3/4/1425H
Letter of the Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1413) dated 19/7/1425H attached with it the reply of the Company on public comments results sent to it by the Commission.
Letter of the Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1968) dated 20/9/1425H attached with it the answers to the questions of the Commission on the response of the Company regarding public comments results.
Updated document of the Reference Interconnection offer prepared by the Saudi Telecommunications Company delivered to the Commission with the letter of the Company No. (544) dated 14/3/1426H.
(Decides the following)
First: Approval of Reference Interconnection offer Document submitted by the Saudi Telecommunications Company with its letter No. (544) dated 14/3/1426H.
Second: revision of this Document, including Annex (F) regarding the Interconnection Charges, completion of such revision and issuance of the amended document shall be completed no later than one year from the date of issuance of this Decision.
Third: This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act according to it from the date of its issuance.
