The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (278) dated 18/03/1426H on request for approving the reductions and amendments proposed on the Tariff of invoice request service through (902).
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approving the proposed reductions and amendments on the Tariff of invoice request service through (902) in accordance with what was stated in the above mentioned letter of the Company.
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act according to this Decision from the date of its issuance.
Article Three:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Four:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.
