The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (324) dated 13/02/1426H on request for approving the reductions and amendments proposed on the Tariff for (mobile Facsimile Service).
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approval of the proposed amendments on mobile Facsimile Service Tariff, in accordance with Annex No. (1).
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
