The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (324) dated 13/02/1426H on request for approving provisioning of ALJAWWAL Banking Service.
(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approval for provisioning of ALJAWWAL Banking Service to connect automatic tellers equipment of the Banks in remote areas and temporary exhibitions, which are difficult to link by Saudi Telecommunications Company land network, in accordance with the Tariff shown in Annex No. (1).
Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
