The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission with the powers he holds, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of the Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (740) dated 30/03/1424H and the letter of the Communications and Information Technology Commission No. (371/CC) dated 07/04/1424H on proposed Tariffs for 800 Free phone Service, Integrated Digital Subscriber Line (ISDN), Direct Inward Dialing (DID), Direct Outward Dialing (DOD) and Universal Access Number (UAN) Service and in accordance with the report submitted by the concerned body in the Commission on study and recommendations results on the Saudi Telecommunications Company request and the Questions forwarded to the Company and their Answer to these Questions and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,
Decides the following:
Article one:
Approval to reduce Tariffs of 800 Free phone Service pursuant to attachments.
Article two:
Approval to reduce Tariffs of the Integrated Digital Subscriber Line (ISDN), pursuant to the attachments.
Article three:
Approval to reduce Tariffs of Direct Inward Dialing (DID), pursuant to the attachments, and the Company shall put a phrase in the Tariffs Table stating that "The minimum limit for subscription in the Direct Inward Dialing (DID), is ten circuits and the minimum limit for secondary connections is (100) connection.
Article four :
Approval of the Tariffs proposed for the new service "Universal Access Number (UAN) Service" pursuant to the attachments, and the Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to apply for number allocation for this service, a technical description for it and method of communications for review and approval by the Commission, provisioning of this service to customers shall not be made except after the issuance of the Commission Decision in that regard and informing the Saudi Telecommunications Company in writing with that Decision.
Article five:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to update the Tariffs Table Pages pursuant to what was stated in this Decision and providing the Commission with the updated Tariffs Table Pages within one week as of the date of this Decision.
Article six:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article seven :
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and other concerned parties to act accordingly.
