The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (906/S T) dated 24/08/1426H on request for approving the extension of the validity and reactivation period of the prepaid card (SAWA) and recharge cards,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of the extension of the validity and reactivation period of the prepaid card (SAWA) and recharge cards, as set out in Appendix (1(
Article Two
STC shall publish the above required amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This Decision shall be communicated to STC and other concerned parties to act accordingly.
