The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) was awarded the "Employee Engagement Champion" award at the LinkedIn Talent Awards MENA in the public sector. The award, celebrated annually, recognizes successful teams of talented professionals across the Middle East and North African region who have made a positive impact using LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

This year's event titled "Celebrating the Global Talent Community" honored award winners from the public and private sectors. According to LinkedIn, the award honors entities with high efficiency in talent management, creating an inclusive workplace, building a solid brand while encouraging learning and development, as well as focusing on employee retention.

The authority competed with several leading domestic and regional authorities. The Commission was awarded first placed based on data analysis run by LinkedIn's Insights team. A committee of arbitrators and international experts in talent management analyzed participants' data, testing their ability to make optimal use of the solutions provided by "Linkedin". The outcome of which brought a positive change in their organizations by building a corporate culture based on continuous growth and development, employee engagement, and well-being.
