The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) has launched an awareness campaign to introduce the Custodian of the Holy Mosques Scholarships Programs Space-related Fields, and highlight its paths that contribute to developing Saudi Arabia’s capabilities and enhancing its international position in the space sector.
CST explained that the campaign will establish a human and national capital in the space field as a major contributor and key element in the Kingdom's progress. It aims to introduce the program’s three tracks: Emdad, Alrowad, and research and development, along with its study methods in: Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate in the best international universities.
This campaign stems from CST’s efforts to enhance its role in regulating the space sector and developing competencies in the Space field and its sciences, in order to achieve the objectives of the Human Capability Development Program - one the Kingdom's Vision 2030 realization Programs – with the partnership of the Ministry of Education, the Saudi Space Commission (SSC) and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program which will inspire the future generations and motivate their interest in Space.
