Abdullah Alswaha, in the presence of H.E. Vice Minister At Ministry of Communications & Information Technology Eng. Haitham AlOhali, and H.E. Governor of CST Dr. Mohammed Al-Tamimi, awarded Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) following the launch of its ‘Saudi Made’ servers from the regional production site in Riyadh and its future plans to export it globally, in collaboration with alfanar. This initiative enhances Saudi Arabia's leadership position in technology manufacturing and improves the effectiveness of the national infrastructure in reaching the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The recognition stems from CST's role to enhance the value of local tech products, promote the position of local tech companies and products locally and globally and increase the percentage of tech product exports to priority markets. HPE has launched its first ‘Saudi Made’ servers in partnership with Alfanar, as part of its strategy to increase its servers production for local and regional clients, to provide advanced Saudi Made solutions which will enhance the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub to meet the needs of local and regional tech markets, support global supply chains, and meet the increasing need for reliable technologies.

It is  worth noting that HPE’s locally manufactured products will feature the "Saudi Tech" logo, which is a national identity under the ‘Saudi Made’ program aiming to help local tech products and promote their position locally and globally in collaboration between Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources, Communications, Space & Technology Commission, Saudi Exports Development Authority and Local Content & Government Procurement Authority.
