The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) awarded the winners of the 3rd  edition of the Co-Innovation Award, which was designed to motivate service providers to create innovative products in collaboration with end users and to strengthen local tech products for global competition. The award highlighted 3 innovative tech products developed collaboratively among 6 organizations: the "DocCerts" product focuses on documenting digital certificates using blockchain technology, was developed by Smart Transformation Company in collaboration with Aramco; the "Faseeh" linguistic tool was created through a partnership between Lisan Company and Saudi Electricity Company; and the "Muneer" product was developed by shared Technologies Company in collaboration with the Digital Government Authority to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities and the elderly to digital content and services.

It is worth noting that the Co-Innovation Award, launched by CST in 2022, is presented to the best innovative tech products that were developed collaboratively by the service provider and the end user. Over the past two years, the award has recorded the participation of over 200 collaborative products, 9 of which had received the award. The development of these products involved partnerships among government entities, international companies and local technology firms.
