The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) continues to pursue its goals of promoting competition, protecting the interests of users, and encouraging the provisioning of reliable and affordable communications and information technology services.
In pursuit of these goals, CITC is pleased to announce that it has published a Public Consultation document on the proposed Merger and Service continuity processes in the Kingdom and invites all members of the public, including individuals, public organizations and commercial entities (together, the “Participants”) to participate in this process.
In order to provide structure to the process, participants are invited to provide their views on these processes along with any related comments. CITC encourages Participants to support their comments with relevant data, analysis, benchmarking studies and information. CITC is under no obligation to adopt the comments of any Participant.
All comments must be received by CITC no later than 12/10/1438 H corresponding to 06/ July /2017 G 3.00 p.m. local time for the kingdom.
