The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) is announcing the release of a Public Consultation on the study of a possible new entry of MVNO services provider, and invites all members of the public, including individuals, public organizations and commercial entities to participate in this survey and express their opinions by responding to the questions in the document.
This public consultation is a continuation of CITC’s efforts to encourage providing MVNO services in the kingdom, after the amendments on the regulatory frameworks regarding service provision in accordance with CITC’s decision No. (399/1440) dated 16/02/1440H and decision No. (401/1440) dated 11/05/1440H.
Participants are invited to provide their views. CITC encourages participants to support their answers with relevant data, analyses, and benchmarking studies. CITC is under no obligation to adopt the comments of any participant.
