The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) is responsible, for managing radio spectrum for all uses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Telecommunications Act, Telecom Act Bylaw and CITC Ordinance.
CITC continues to pursue its objectives of promoting innovation and prosperity. CITC is therefore pleased to announce that it has published a Public Consultation document on its “Executive Report on the National Spectrum Strategy 2025”. The purpose of this public consultation is to provide the relevant interested parties with an opportunity to submit their views and comments on this report.
All members of the public, including individuals, public organizations and commercial entities are invited to participate in this process by providing their views. CITC encourages participants to support their comments with relevant data, analysis, benchmarking studies and other information. CITC will take all comments into consideration during its deliberation process, but CITC is under no obligation to adopt the comments or proposals of any participant.
All views/comments shall be send to CITC no later than 21/11/2019 to one of the following addresses:

- Hand-delivered (paper and electronic) at the CITC premises.
