The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) published public consultations on three documents concerning the quality of postal services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These documents include terms for quality of service for Universal Service Providers, Parcel Service Providers, and Delivery Apps.
Participants wishing to present their comments in this Public Consultation must submit these in writing to CITC no later than June 22 , 2021.
Views/comments can be submitted to one or more of the following addresses:

▪ Hand-delivered (paper and electronic) at the CITC premises.
