About the Space Challenge Camp:

This initiative comes in line with the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission’s interest in developing human cadres and developing national capabilities and skills in the field of Space, qualifying those interested in the field with sufficient experience and knowledge, and empowering workers to develop the Space sector in Saudi Arabia.

Camp Date:

Starting October 8th 2023

Camp Duration:

10 Days:
1st Phase: 5-days virtual (4:00-9:00 PM)
2nd Phase: 5-days in person (4:00-9:00 PM)

Location:

Riyadh - (Mohammed bin Salman Non-Profit City)

Developing knowledge and skills in the field of Space

Enhancing the capabilities of national competencies in Space and its sciences

Inspiring future generations to pursue scientific careers in Space science and technology

Undergraduate students in Science and Engineering

Fresh graduates from scientific disciplines in Science and Engineering

Those interested in Space and its sciences with practical or scientific experience

Completion of the admission requirements for the Camp

• The applicant must be Saudi.
• The applicant is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in targeted scientific disciplines.
• If the applicant is a fresh graduate, he/she must have a bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines in Science and Engineering.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Completing the camp entry requirements.

Camp benefits

• A Completion certificate provided by CST after the program.
• The camp will provide intensive hands-on training on Space concepts.
• The camp will provide a hands-on learning experience led by experts in the field of Space science.
• Applied learning experience.
